The room was clean and fresh, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. I had a peaceful and comfortable stay. I'll highly recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The rooms were beautifully decorated and the renovations were truly outstanding. The king size bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing me to have a restful night's sleep. The customer service throughout the hotel was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast that was offered was exceptional, with well-cooked and delicious meals. The hotel also provided free Wi-Fi in the rooms, which was a great convenience. I was impressed with the location, service, and amenities provided by this hotel.

The hotel was located close to a liquor store and the pub meals were fantastic. The room was neat and well-appointed, featuring USB slots and lots of natural light, making it a great value for the price paid.

There were some negative aspects of the hotel. the surrounding area wasn't very nice.

During my recent Easter holiday, I was pleased to find a hotel that offered modern and clean rooms with comfortable beds and good air conditioning. the location was convenient as it was close to a nearby shopping mall and had an on-site bistro with a wide variety of menu options. I particularly enjoyed the added security of a coded locked gate for the rooms.

The location of the hotel was quite far from the airport and downtown area, making it difficult to access without a car. The bed in my room was also extremely soft and sank when I sat on it.

The room and bathroom were spotless and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and all necessary amenities. The customer service was exceptional, with friendly and efficient staff. The breakfast was exceptional, with a well-cooked and presented meal that tasted amazing. I appreciated the extra bonus offers given to guests on arrival, making it a great value for money hotel with excellent facilities.

There were some areas of the hotel that needed improvement, particularly the cleanliness of the courtyard, laundry room and some areas of the hotel.
